As you may know, following the successful renewal ballot, the third term will commence on 1 January 2024. All properties with a rateable value over £13,999 will be charged 1.5% of the rateable value as the levy investment (exceptions apply).
This month, eligible properties will receive their levy demand to cover the three months period 1 January 2024 – 31 March 2024, with payment due in early January.
The usual billing cycle for the full 12 month period will resume in March 2024, to cover the period 1 April 2024 – 31 March 2025.
Please make sure your levy investment is paid promptly. If your levy is outstanding, you might not be able to access some of our services. We encourage all members to make sure they are up to date with their payments as your levy funds key services such as our security team, additional cleaning, free training, subsidised commercial recycling and much more.
