Responsibilities:
1. Office Manager (70%)
- managing the office facilities of a small team
- processing invoices, liaising with accounts
- assisting HR with onboarding of new starters
- laising with IT to ensure smooth running of tech
- project management including office fit outs
- managing all supplier costs and contracts managing
- managing all the office document flows, maintaining files
- booking rooms, venues, meetings and issuing invites
- coordinating team activities
2. Executive Assistant (30%)
- scheduling meetings with internal and external stakeholders
- dealing with correspondence and ensuring all issues are dealt with efficiently and speedily
- liaising with suppliers and contractors
- assisting in projects and events
- arranging travel requirements
Requirements:
- work experience as office manager and executive assistant for at least three years
- team coordination experience will be an advantage
- critical and systematic thinking
- excellent organisational and multitasking skills
- flexible and proactive person
- great interpersonal skills
- the ability to communicate well with people at all levels
- full time presence in the office
- fluent in Microsoft Office package
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £24,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
