The BID levy collection for the period 2016/17 is well under way. The levy due is an annual charge calculated on the rateable value of your premises.
This charge is payable for the period April 2016-March 2017. If your business moves out of the BID area anytime during the financial year, you are eligible to claim a refund for the period of non-occupancy of the premises.
To claim your BID levy refund, please contact the Business Rates team of LB Lambeth either via email businessrates@lambeth.gov.uk or phone 020 8315 2255.
