Do you or you staff work during the night? Night working can take a toll on sleep, relationships and health.  Sleep deprivation costs the UK economy a staggering £50 billion per year, affecting productivity, worker attrition, and safety. 

Support your night workers’ wellbeing with this free, online training for people living or working in Lambeth or Southwark. There is no charge as we have been funded by a local grantmaker to deliver these sessions.

Registrants will also receive a set of sleep resources by post to support participation.
