Air Quality Action Plan for Lambeth

London Borough of Lambeth is holding a consultation on the draft Air Quality Action Plan for Lambeth. The plan contains a list of proposed measures and actions that the borough will take to improve air quality between 2017 and 2022. It includes details of Lambeth’s ideas to improve air quality, raise awareness and reduce exposure to air pollution. The consultation runs from 15 August 2016 to 15 November 2016.

You can find the full version of the Air Quality Action Plan here. You can give your comments by filling in their online feedback form. Paper copies of the plan and feedback form are also available from local libraries. Alternatively, you can attend one of their drop-in sessions to ask questions and give them your comments:

  • Thursday 15 September 2016 between 6pm and 8pm at Roots & Shoots Hall, Walnut Tree Walk, Kennington, SE11 6DN
  • Wednesday 28 September 2016 between 6pm and 8pm at Streatham Tate Library, 63 Streatham High Road, Streatham, SW16 1PN

When the consultation has ended, Lambeth will consider all comments and finalise the action plan. The plan will then be sent to Cabinet and subsequently to the Mayor of London for final approval. Afterwards, the plan will be published on lambeth.gov.uk.
