Meanwhile Space is seeking a community kitchen tenant for the LJ Works workspace in Loughborough Junction. The opportunity is for the studio kitchen of ‘The Rear Building’. The vision is for the community kitchen to allow small local businesses and food organisations access to kitchen space.

The kitchen should be managed by an organisation, with the experience and links to run it in a way that provides maximum value to the local community, and supports space users to achieve their aims.

The space will be completed to CAT A – an empty shell with power and water but no specialist finishes or equipment. Tenant will be responsible for the CAT B fit out and fixtures – designing and installing own kitchen

The SPACE IS BEING LET AS AN EMPTY UNIT. No kitchen equipment is being provided and prospective tenants will need to provide evidence of access to sufficient funds to cover the above changes.
